When looking for products, I always first look at features and then at reviews to see if it may meet my expectations. In this case, I knew I wanted a commercial, wall mounted faucet with a separate goose neck sprayer and, since this was for my garage (where I installed a stainless restaurant counter and sink), I knew it needed to be both sturdy and affordable. The reviews looked more than decent and I even knew that the few folks that complained that the wall mounted stabilizer (saying it was too long) were just being silly and didn't know how to trim those to use. It was exactly what I wanted. When I opened it up, it felt sturdy and there was no issue with assembling it right away. My only mistake was that I over tightened the parts that sealed with rubber sealing washers---I just didn't know how tight to go and I basically distroyed the first ones that I did. Fortunately, they included a full set of spares! Problem solved. But that is not why I am writing this review. The faucet worked perfectly and the sprayer pattern is also really nice. But again, not why I am writing the review. NO LEAKS! But again.... not it. It is the customer service. In this day and age, I am used to horrible customer service or at least lack luster. I had an issue that wasn't with the faucet---in my particular instance, I had a request that on a part that I wanted to see if they had---it was a modification to the product more than anything---something I was willing to pay for, but really I was just asking if it was possible. They took the time to write me back, ask me specific questions, and come up with a plan to accommodate me. And they did that without question, without issue and in a super timely manner. It quite literally makes me want to be better to those around me. The part that I desired came a week later, shipped from over seas, with my happiness and satisfaction as their goal. Goal achieved. I have saved this seller and will not hesitate to purchase from them again and again. Thank you for caring, for a great product, and phenomenal customer service.

Great looking faucet and functions perfectly.

This faucet works very well on our old stainless sink/work area. Looks good and was not very hard to install. Helped my brother in law who is a plumber. Asked his help because he has all the tools. Faucet was installed in less than an hour mostly because lots of talking going on. Pleased with the way it looks and operates.

Easy to install. The only thing that I don’t like is that you gotta order threaded nipples to install it. The faucet don’t come with them.

Our outdoor bay faucet had developed a leak, my husband looked for a replacement and this faucet fit perfectly. The old one was out, and the new one put in, in no time. Looks and works great.

It leaks. It is not a solid stop point to turn off - it just continues to turn even after it's off.

The installation was a no brainer.I've used the same sink and faucet for 40 years but thehandles were spinning like clock hands. I had to play with it to turn it on and off..and no plumbing supplierin my Neighborhood (Upper West Side in New York City) hadparts. I measured. Ordered this new faucet, and my building superintendant installed it in 5 minutes. Happy camper.
