Let it rain
I love the output, but it'd be nice to be able to alter the water pressure! But overall it is nice. I am satisfied.

Solid performance, but no adjustments — it's rain-style or nothing. Ideally, this showered would have at least two other options, but alas, it's a fixed spray that delicately drizzles — yet it is a nice, wide pervasive spray.

Excellent product!
The customer I bought and installed this for loved it. As a plumber I thought it was high quality as I’ve grown to expect from Kohler looks nice and was solid when installed. No loose valve handle or flimsy shower valve cover trim.

The plastic fastner inside the handle keeps breaking.
I purchased the Devonshire shower handle and the shower head as a whole to replace my shower handle that had broken. It worked for 2 days and once again broke. The white plastic inside is so flimsy that it keeps breaking with every new unit. This product sucks. Unfortunately, my builder used this part and I am trying to match it. The Kohler website is even worse. I can't order the handle part from their website as it would not take my card. Are there any remedies?
