cost of the roof vent
checked around for vents costs were high, found this one bought 5 to check quality now fitted half the roof with the vents quality ok. will buy the other 5 now for the second half roof

Love the simplicity of this and the easy install.I used this to vent my log cabin as the steam from my hot tub was turning it into a sauna.I can see clearly now the steam has gone. No obsticals in my way.I can see clearly now the steam has gone. Through the vent in my roof all the steam is gone.

Cheap
It's cheap and it feels cheap, mine were twisted and distorted so when they were fitted they didn't fit flat like the other slates. The bottom edges are turned up, I'm hoping the wind doesn't rip them off. Really cheap price though, worth it if you have time to faf about with a hot air gun to get them flat if they are distorted

Used this to vent my bathroom extractor fan. Was very easy to fit to my slate roof and I am happy with the result.

Not good quality .
I'm not confident these things Will last . 2 of them came apart in my hands the top seems to click into the flat plate . They seem very fragile .I had to use them as I'd arranged access to a very high roof but have a feeling I will be back the next gale .Also they arrived warped so very difficult to get a flat profile . Wind will get under them .I will be using my normal supplier in future .The old saying applies here You Get What You Pay For.
