Can you wear them on top of specs like with most other lab goggles?

No these do not fit over normal specs

I have science every day at my school and when I use the provided goggles, they hurt my eyes and fit badly over my glasses, will these be suitable?

Hi i think these will be to small to wear over another pair, Iv tried and my normal glasses get in the way, maybe you should try Goggles more than glasses

do you get hot wearing them as with diy safety glasses?

They were bought for my daughter to use in a chemistry lab. She hasn't mentioned any problems with them.
