Larger than expected
This is a nice sturdy table. Was so easy to put together. Moves well on the wheels. The table is long enough to play my keyboard on as well put my laptop on. It suits my needs very well. The only downside I would say is that it sits too high to go under my recliner chair but that is not a big problem. My table had been returned previously as the polystyrene was smashed and there was a small chip on the edge of table but I can fix that myself. I think I will get plenty of use out of it.

Great over the bed table - however...
I bought this height adjustable table to use over my Parker Knoll chair, and for use over my bed in the future. Unfortunately at its lowest height, 76cm, it was far too high for my chair.Fortunately my husband has good DIY skills - he used his 'grinder' to cut it down by 15cm (6 inches) which still leaves me sufficient height to use it over the bed.Now that it's the right height, and for the price, I would recommend this sturdy table which has a decent sized table top.Just make sure to measure the lowest height that you require as 76cm height is most suited to over the bed. Giving it 5 stars as it is a great table - the height problem was mine for not measuring it before ordering.

Easy assembly
Ok product a bit bouncy on the table end but solid at the other end. East to put together and better quality than I thought it would be for the price

Value
Reasonably priced for what it achieves, easy to move. Perfect for what I required short term, post surgery. It's is height adjustable but on a screw through clamp rather than fast release so fine if you need a pretty fixed height which I do. No bells or whistles, need to pay double+ for that option.

Good size sturdy table but with some quality issues
This is a good sized table for placing over a chair or bed. Sturdy but not too heavy. However it has a few issues:The first one is the castors. They are very poor, some of the worst I've come across. On my wooden floors none of them align with the direction of travel and so the wheels don't rotate at all. When you move the table they just slide sideways. They may work on carpet - I don't know. They certainly do not work on solid or laminate floor. Anyway I ended up removing the castors and sticking on felt pads instead. Now it moves fine on wooden floors (which is all I need). The other issue is that the table top is not horizontal. It slopes front to back by 20mm. Not a disaster but not ideal especially if using the table for eating. Now it would be possible to assemble the table with some cardboard packing pieces to make it sit flat enough. So this problem could be remedied with a bit of pfaffing around.Only other shortcoming for me is the height. It is too high (even on the lowest setting) for my personal preference. But I'll say straight away the height is exactly as described. I knew that before purchase. Now that I've taken the castors off the height is better. The table has plenty of upwards adjustment - I just feel it would be a better product if the lowest setting was 10cm lower.

Flimsy and impractical
The product is badly designed, cannot lower it enough for my partner to use I'm bed and the craziest thing is if you move it the top falls off because screws are too small, just perfect for someone who is ill in bed......not. I cannot recommend this item.

High quality construction and overall finish. Very sturdy.
I got this table for my elderly mother to use and she finds it very good. I find it to be very well made and strong in design, as compared too a similar table she uses, which doesn't have wheels fitted. If this table is to fit under anything where the wheels are ( a bed or arm chair etc.) make sure you have at least three and three quarters of an inch clearance, otherwise the frame on top of the wheels WILL NOT fit under whatever item of furniture it is to be used with. Each wheel has a brake on it, which is very handy. The minimum set height of the table is about 30 inches, with the maximum height being 48 inches, though you will want to use it at a lower height setting than this for stability. It comes supplied with Allen keys and a flat stamped plate sort of spanner, but I found using a proper shape spanner much easier in practice. The instructions are a bit basic, but I didn't use them as it happens, as it is very easy to see how it goes together. The finish of the paint is first class overall and given that it worked out £15 cheaper than the other type of table my mother uses, which ISN'T as sturdy, I think it is a very good buy all round. The only thing I found niggling, was the two plastic strips that stop things sliding over the edges of the table top. While they work ok, they are covered in a layer of plastic that looks like it should be removed before use. it is however, very awkward to remove this layer and if left on, detracts from the overall look of the table top. Other than this last point, I can heartily recommend this adjustable table for long term use.But do make sure there is enough clearance under any furniture for the frame to roll under it, as it is not designed to work WITHOUT the wheels fitted.
