Power: this is a strong and powerful blender. As expected, this 700W motor delivers very good ability to blend whatever you put into the pots quickly.Components: as well as the jug, there are two BPA-free 700ml tumblers and one BPA-free 350ml tumbler. All these look and feel well-made. Does not feel flimsy or easy to break. The caps are all well-fitted.Design: can't say it is the slickest looking machine, but most certainly looks sturdy and industrial. Although it has many functions, I am not sure what the differences are between the modes. But all work well especially with the two separate blades provided. I have not had any issues with leakage thus far.Noise: a lot of previous comments mark this product down because of the noise. I am not sure what they compare it to, but with a 700W motor, I expect this blender to make a bit of a noise. It would not be helpful to compare this to a 300W blender. Having said that, there is noise when this blender is in operation, especially if you don't have that much foodstuff to blend. But I do not feel this is out of proportion.Overall: it is a good value for all that is available to use. However, you may want to consider the very variable reviews posted here and judge for yourself whether you want to give this a go.

I've been using this blender on a regular basis for 6 months now, mostly for smoothies and making the taste of protein shakes somewhat bearable.Good:- Solid quality, no issues after long term use.- Easy to Clean- Good range of jugs/cups to use.Bad:- Sounds like a Wooly Mammoth is dying on my kitchen counter when running. (To be fair the motor is quite a ways more powerful than my old generic blender and I've not used any comparably powerful blenders to be able to compare)- I find that protein powder sticks to the grooves inside the jug whilst blending and remains afterwards.Overall I'm pretty happy with the blender, i'd happily recommend it to anyone planning on using this for smoothies & shakes.

This is an excellent and powerful blender. I've used it for just about everything from ice, frozen spinach, bananas and a bunch of fruits and veg. The only downside is the noise. I chose to ignore the reviews about the sound levels but, they are not an exaggeration, it is definitely loud! Aside from that, it's definitely a great piece of kit.

Wow this thing is scary loud. Not just loud in general, but the sounds it makes scares the s**t out of me. First time I turned it on I though it was going to explode. Sounds like you are trying to blend cutlery.I did read the other reviews on how loud this thing was, but I did not expect it to sound like it did. It is actually embarrassing to use when there are other people in the house. I have a friend with a 1000W blender and it doesn't make a quarter the sound of this thing.The attachments are to big, the smoothie ones can basically take the same amount of liquid as the jug, don't see the point to it. The grinder is way to big too, i wanted something for grinding small amounts of stuff, but this won't work for that.Would not recommend.

Have only used it a couple of times for smoothies. Fairly noisy but looks the part despite the plastic jug. Extra cups come in handy. Only complaint is it doesn't blend dried fruit pieces in my smoothie.

The whole unit is well made and substantial, looks good on the work top. Also works exactly as wanted. Smooooothly. We have started using a diet with nuts and seeds (for breakfast) the unit could not be better. This time the delivery man found the address. First time in 6 years and several delivery's HAPPY AGAIN
