Why is the carb count so high yet the has the same ingredients as it's American counterpart?

Partially because in the US its listed by serving size and if its under a certain amount it can be labeled zero. In the UK they give the nutrition info per 100grams, which is nearly the whole bottle.

Is this same the Fife Guys Hot sauce

HELLO !! Have never heard of FIFE GUYS HOT SAUCE !! but I have used FRANKS ORIGINAL for about 15 years... and I LOVE IT !! Actually buy it in the GALLON SIZE. What you might do, is buy one of the smaller sizes and see how it matches up with FIFE'S !!! All the best Michelle xx oo xx o oxx

Can I have this doing Keto

ABSOLUTELY !!!! WITH BELLS ON !! I'm on KETO MYSELF... and use FRANKS EVERY DAY, with a bit of liquid, Ume Plum seasoning added... I like my salt !! ENJOY !! With best regards Michelle xx oo xx (I'VE BEEN A FAN OF ''FRANKS''' for YEARS !!)
