stuck on my fences i won't open and all my keys are inside is hart and really difficult to uses and won't open

Went through two in 6 months.
The first one the code scrambled. The second one, the buttons broke.

Has a very limited use case - not for me
The four digit code is not something that is static. 1234, 4321, 1432, 1324 all work the same. It also has almost no capacity inside due to the locking mechanism. It would not even hold a set of car keys with a fob. Kinda useless if you asked me.

Must have for single seniors
Already had mine... this one was a gift to a relative. Set combo & installed in about 10 minutes. This thing is a "ought to have" for seniors who live alone. Combo is given to emergency assist services (the fallen & can't get up type services) so first responders don't have to smash down the door, pick the lock(s) or wait for someone who's probably not readily available to get there with your key (How did you think they would get in if you're incapacitated????)

It functions as designed to do . well made hard case , easy to operate , I did installed on outside door , now I have extra key available any time .

factory defect
Bought 4 pcs last Sept 2018. I used the 3rd in my new house (Jan 2019). The last one was for my shed house but I cannot open it as the cancel button does not go all the way up. I pressed the upper part of the faceplate it will not spring open. It is a factory defect. Can I still return and get a replacement?

Works great, for work and home use
This is an easy to install box, comes that with mounting hardware.The combination is easy to set, and can vary in length based on your needs. Has a heavy locking feel to the touch that makes it's build quality feel sturdy.Con:The combination is not the most secure, for instance if I input 1234 as the combo, 4321, 3421, 2413 etc... will unlock the box. With it being mechanical push button there is no sequence to the combination.

Good product
I like the punch button keypad as for some people is easier. This is a heavy duty and easy to set box. I have installed 2 of 3 and asked friends to try. They say is easy to follow instructions.

It's everything it claims to be and worth the money!
This is a well made, heavy duty lock box. I bought a different one half the price that didn't work and that same unit is being sold under many different names for a range of prices. Unlike this unit these others are hard to read and adjust. Nice protective cover too!

es práctica y confiable, lo único que no me agrado es que la caja donde se guarda la llave es muy chiquita se batalla para poner una llave con llavero.
