Its sturdy and well made. Having got through the winter it looks as good as new. We did buy an additional swing seat and did block the open side of the platform which we will remove when the kids are old enough to reach the monkey bars. It took 2 of us just a day to build and having a second season of fun.

This is fabulous for the price , just a nightmare to put together and we had done washers and bolts missing .. it’s alittle like a Lego set , but once it’s up it’s perfect 😍

Thus climbing frame is a excellent quality. The instructions are clear & assembly is straightforward when following them. The product is sturdy & safety has been a priority when designing this. Customer services & support are excellent; response to delivery queries is rapid & the company do everything to make it as easy for you as possible. I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Please note I’m very difficult to please & only purchase really good quality items.

This product comes with everything needed but holes on frame are not pre drilled, its also not as big as i was expecting, the tree house platform is sturdy but not thick wood as inwould have expected.The age states 3-14yrs but id say up to 10yrs.Kids all enjoy it but i wouldnt reccomend at the price its at

Takes two people to assemble. Kids absolutely love it, definitely good value for money as it's played on constantly. Brought this as a surprise and it was worth it seeing their faces. Delivery was quick and communication was fab. Only slight downfall is with it being kerbside delivery you need to make sure you have somebody their to help move the parts into your garden. Some heavy boxes.

I haven’t been able to put this climbing frame up as yet, as i first need to acquire a socket wrench, a drill and drill bits and a tarpaulin and some concrete. None of the wood is pre-drilled, the ground anchors seem good quality but the instructions state that they may need to be concreted in to be fully secure (if on grass) and the “space saving sand pit” is just a square frame that goes around the bottom of the tower and has no bottom to it. All in all i feel like I’ve paid a fair bit of money for some pre cut lengths of wood and some fixtures. I haven’t received the slide yet, but that is due to a shipping delay with their manufacturer and cannot be helped, their customer services have been good about keeping me updated with shipping dates.

I bought this product in February but only just put it up two weeks ago because we hadn't moved in. And, what can I say. Its a Godsend, my children adore it and my daughter gets up and runs out to play on it before breakfast ! I struggle to get them off it. My children aren't big enough for the monkey bars yet but love the climbing part, the slide and the swings, so they have more to come. I did request some extra anchors as part did lift slightly when my daughter was being her boisterous self and almost doing a full circle on the swing ! But this company, whilst reassuring me the apparatus has been extensively tested and found to be safe under all conditions ( even 6 year old spinning it like a lunatic), they still agreed to send two more anchors to me just to give me peace of mind. The company has bent over backwards to make sure I am a happy customer and they have succeeded. From delivery dates to anchors - well done and thanks from a happy mummy and two very delighted children !
