Bought to regulate temperature in the greenhouse
This item is made to regulate temperature for reptiles but I bought it to regulate the temperature in the greenhouse. I have two small heaters and with this am able to cut them off at a certain temperature and turn them on at different temperatures. Works great, although the instructions could be better. They are very vague.

Seems okay, but designed to fail
At first this controller was very useful, I could set the two temperature probes to in the snake enclosure and near the undertank heating pad to monitor both temperatures simultaneously. After about a month of use, the first probe on the heating pad broke. By that I mean, it started to report temperatures from 72 to 135 degrees. The sensor inside the tank held steady at 85 so I was content to ignore that failure as everything seemed to be working. About two weeks later I was woken in the middle of the night by an alarm. The temperature in the tank had dropped to 75, despite no change in the controller.Using the manual and scrolling through the menus I was able to reset it, the limits on the sensor probe, and correct the PID loop for temperature control. It worked for about a day before I got another alarm saying that the inside tank temperature had hit 95 degrees. This was confirmed with a second probe and an IR thermometer. It would randomly turn on and off power to the heating element, sometimes supply power to the wrong outlet (I was only using one of the two) because the "sensor" triggered for the other probe.I bought a new one from another supplier and since there was no chance of return from the company I took it apart to find out what's wrong. The internal wiring is haphazard if I'm being generous. Solder connections are flimsy and oxidized, the chipsets used to make the electronics work are not compatible as in they have different voltage requirements and there's no converter to change, so one either runs above recommended voltage or the other runs below the minimum required.TL;DR This failed after a month and nearly caused significant harm to my pets. It is designed to fail and will cause harm if you're not vigilant.

Completelt Impressed
I rarely ever take time to leave a review, this product deserves some positive feedback. First let me say that I am an Electrical Contractor and HVAC controls Specialist. With that said, I am very critical of most temperatures control devices. This did take about 15 minutes to understand their programming process, but only because they made it extremely versatile. It even has an Audible Alarm Feature for Output 1 & 2 if you choose to set it up.This can control Heat and, or Cooling, if you use 1 output for heat and 1 for cool.I am using this for a Chicken Brooder, so I am using both for Heat and Output 3 for Lighting.I disabled the timers on Output 1 and 2 and Set the Temperature Range (On) @ 90°F, (Off) @ 95°F. I can control multiple Brooders using the Exact Same Setup. 1 Reptile Pad 16 Watt and 1 70 Watt Ceramic Heat Lamp per Brooder.Output 3 is Set to Provide LED Lighting to Simulate Sunlight.Check your devices and Do Not Exceed the Rated Amps.Easy Amperage Calculation:Watts÷Volts=Amps70W ÷ 120V = .58 AmpsDo not Exceed 10 Amps Total Combined

Works as advertised
We use it to run temperature control (one plug for the day light and the other for the night ceramic lamp) on a snake terrarium and to control the lights of the terrarium and 2 others lizard enclosures. It works super well. The probes are very accurate. I read reviews of people complaining that it’s hard to set up, but if you have any experience with timers you will figure it out pretty easily. Would 100% recommend. Cheaper and better than anything in the pet stores.

Did the job for the most part.
Durable, but difficult to Program.

Clock does NOT work properly
It controls the heat but the clock does not keep proper time. You can set it and a few minutes later its hours off. So i just set it in a way that it just controls the heat mat per say but i would not buy another one of these.

It works exactly how I need it to.
I don't know why people say it's confusing to set, I got it pretty quick. I needed something that can help control the temperature for my leopard gecko since it's summer and if I just had my light on without it would be over 100F in the cage. Only two of the outlets are time and temperature control the other is only time, but its fine because I plug the uvb light for that one. The other two are for my basking light and my night ceramic heater. It's also pretty accurate for the temperature which I know because I have a temperature gun to scan the cage. Overall it's exactly what I needed because I don't have to worry about overheating the cage or have timers on my phone to change the lights. And my gecko has a more stable time change too.

No Customer Service
The product was bought for a bearded dragon tank. That’s the reason I wanted three individual outlets. They had two thermometers with it. I never could get the heat light in the UVB light to come on at the same time or even close to after you reset the power they would come on, but they would not work by ourselves. The people that I purchased it off of they was great about taking it back but in my experience, why even try if it’s not gonna work as good as the seller is, the product at the end of the day is what it’s supposed to be and be fair I tried a second product off of them so I bought two of these both of them. I had the same experience no Customer Service product made in China. Customer services in China don’t buy this.
