No, I don't think so. The frame that came with the Osmo Action 3 Adventure Combo fits snuggly and I don' know the measurements of the Pgytech frame. i guess you could buy it and see. Mine came directly from China and took over three weeks to get here. I think it now in stock in US now.

If I don't want to use the lanyard, is it possible to remove it?

You don’t even have to attach it to the case.

Can I put Action 2 into this carrying case?

This case only can fit for DJI Osmo Action 3, but we have storage bag specially designed for DJI Action 2 (ASIN:B09KZLPZ9Z).
