Ultrasonic Solar Mole Repellent, 8 Pack Outdoor Gopher Control Spikes Waterproof Sonic Device Ultrasonic Gopher Repellent for Garden and Yard

Have a small property (1/4 acre) with many mole tunnels. Have these installed for approx 4 months with 3 front, 3 back and 1 on each side. And yet more mole tunnels appear all over. These have been ineffective. How do I know it's mole(s) and it's not something else? I bought another product (Victor Deadset Mole Trap) that successful trapped one.
