Finally got round to getting one of these to make use of the connection on the laptop. Picture quality from a VGA connected monitor to this improves the viewing experience. Have yet to try the other connections but expect they work just as well.only drawback I've experienced is when booting up the laptop after a shutdown: the VGA connection monitor *does not* remain displaying as prior to shutdown and the screen window (example web page/s; via Chrome or Firefox) has had to be dragged back to the monitor from the laptop screen. I do not know at this time if I have to change any settings BUT I do not experience this issue if the VGA connection of the monitor is put to the VGA connection on the laptop.

I was concerned that this may not work. It was cheap, and I needed an HDMI connector for my Mac Air quickly. I didn't want to also carry my (expensive Apple) VGA adapter.Yes it's a bit bulky. But the slightly cheap feeling plastic has the merit of being light.Worked first time (and again) with both HDMI and VGA inputs. Not been able to test the DVI input.A good piece of kit, well-worth the money. I don't know how long it will last, so the slightly low quality plastic construction loses it a star - I can't say 'I love it'. But I am very pleased with my purchase.

Unfortunately I fell into the trap of buying cheaper versions of this adapter and both stopped working after only a few months. Although this isn't the most expensive version I bought it because of the positive reviews. So far it its reliable and connects instantly, it feels well made and I hope it lasts longer, will update review as time goes by. So far 5 stars.

I ordered this item as like everyone else I am now having to work from home with the COVID-19 Pandemic.The item was very reasonably priced, I had bought from another seller last year so went straight to purchase again, only to find that they had hiked the price up nearly 30% because of the current situation. So that lead me to but from this supplier, the item is exactly as described and worked straight away with no issues.I also have Prime membership and it was part of this so was eligible for next day delivery.I didn't think that it would come the next day due to the current situation was I was surprised that it was put through my letter box the next day before 12pm. I was amazed by the customer service and cant recommend enough.

We have just used this to fix an intermittent issue with a MAC air where if a cheap HDMI adaptor was plugged in the MAC would not work on 5 GHz wireless.- this has solved that issue, so great.I bought this a while back to use with a 4K screen from a Winows laptop - it worked well, but the PC got a bit confused with 3 screens plugged in at different resolutions.Now buying another one to go with a better screen !

Seen some other reviews so wanted to give a fair review from my point of view. For the price and the features it can perform of doing multiple screens it really is good value for money. Screen isn’t the greatest but picture stayed on it was clear, it’s not 4K hd but come on for the price what do you want?Wouldn’t fail to recommend it as it really is a good piece of kit and solidly built.

So I've purchased this for use with my Surface Pro 4, I've got a Sony 4K TV at home and a projector at work. I've tried this out on both, and I tell you what, it works brilliantly. No issues had so far, picture quality is spot on. Build quality is good, I've got no issues with it at all. I like the fact that there is a HDMI, DVI and VGA on it. Cannot argue with this at all. Came within the timeframe stated. If you need to duplicate your display, then do consider this.

Great little box, worked with Mini Display port on a Lenovo and serval different MacBook Pros one of them dating all the way back to Late 2009. I have it currently running on a MacBook Pro 2015 as works well with a 40inch 4K monitor off the HDMI cable delivering the full 4K (3840x2160) resolution for both Windows and OSX. The device doesn't require drivers for either Windows 7 or OSX. If I need another one I'd have no problem buying another one as it works great and has lasted.
