Well, it’s not great at all.
I completely dislike this piece of equipment. It is not sturdy at all. Looks nothing like the picture. It’s aluminum and not steel. Doesn’t feel safe when doing dips, feels like the bars are going to bend. Complete waste of money. The retractable bands to do chest flys pull the machine forward without applying any pressure. This thing sucks, will do the job for now but very much dislike and will be returning it.

Product is not sturdy/ for small people
This power tower is cheap made ...unless you weigh less than 120 ish ...this pull up station doesn't not support heavy weight good ..it shakes ...and doesn't have enough weight to hold it down while in use ...if you're small ...it may be alright

Will work but much to be desired.
Revised: 2 days later.... a bolt snapped....I'm 190lbs.... The hardware and tools that come with it are Play-Doh. The structure is okay. Be sure to have your own tools. You could improve on this with some nylon lock-nuts from your local hardware store. The top assembly needs 2 more washers for the highest side (again I'd go with higher quality grade hardware). The padding is structured on material that cracks and pops of you tighten it to where it would seem secure. For the price this is okay and for my budget I'm happy with it. Quality stuff is expensive so for what it is it's fine. I should've spent a bit more money on it but for a novice that lets this become an ornamental piece of furniture you get some time in on it and if it becomes a burden to floor space you can sell it or scrap it. I was excited to get it and will get some use till i step up my gains but after assembly I realized it's not on the manufacturer, it's on me. If you want a long-term use product spend the extra money. On a scale of 1 to 10 on hardware, 3. On structure I give it a 6. It takes up very little floor space and that's an 8. The fact it's gonna do what I need it to do for the time being ill give it an overall 7. I'm not mad. It's OK.

Great home workout station!
The media could not be loaded. Perfect for getting a good back stretch in, or hitting push and pull all in one spot! Pretty sturdy, too

Good Value for the money But Assembly is an Aggravating Experience-
First- 3 stars is a direct result of the worst directions I have ever seen- The Bolt, Washer numbers on the direction booklet do not match the numbers on the plastic vacuum sealed bolt, nut washer package at all- also. I was 4 washers short. #2- The direction photos are horrible, dark, small- you can not see clearly the type of washers they have you using because the numbers an example photos do not match. You will need a socket tool for easier tightening. #3-Expect to figure out the entire assembly yourself, expect to be aggravated by the horrible direction process. The Tower works, #4- it is sturdy except when using the pull bands from the top hooks- the rear lifts up so I have to put plates on the bottom rear beam. Using strong bands would not be possible due to the rear lifting. #5- Design Flaw- The bottom rear cross bar needs to be lower & flat. When doing stomach leg lift crunches your ankles or feet hits the rear cross bar on the return so you always have to curl up your legs in back of you, that design flaw could of been fixed. Other than these challenges- for the price point as a home Gym Accessory- I still recommend it.
