Q: is there a video to watch for questions and answers on how to download music to the player and other questions?

I’m not aware of a video, but it was pretty simple by following the directions. You do have to convert to MP3. I was able to do this with iTunes on my PC. Then moved the converted songs over to the player. It showed up as another drive on my PC. Just drop and drag.

Q: You can still use these and hear well while not swimming, correct?

You can hear while not swimming but it's not as loud.

Q: How do u get music onto the swimbud

The way I got music onto my Swimbuds was to copy it over from my iTunes music. There are instructions included to connect the Swimbuds to your computer and accomplish this. If it doesn’t work for you, Syryn’s customer service is very responsive

Q: does this support audible books?

It might, you would have to make sure the individual chapters are loaded on like songs, in an individual mp3 file. You can’t load whole albums, so when I tried to load a book I could see the file; the file like albums won’t open. I did not try again, had enough music to keep me happy. I’ve loaded a ton of music, about 2-1/2 hours worth, and it’s less than 1/4 full.
