Partner loved this for her car. Works well with even a small amount of light.Just make sure if you're putting it on a sloped surface (in a car for example) that you attach it with some blutac or similar so it is straight upright. If not it will not "dance" properly as if it is leaning over it will cause friction on itself and not function properly!

This little fella is a great fun item, works perfectly in sunlight and also works on a dull day - He is on my kitchen windowsill, he makes me smile every time I look at him.

Unfortunately, my order didn't work, and so I can't give a full review of this. However, from what I've seen it's very good - the plastic is sturdy and shiny, it's very very cute and it will fit in with most room designs. This is a great gift for monkey, tech or sunlight lovers! :)

It works fantastically really happy with it. apart from it is missing 1 foot did not realise until after I’d stuck it in the car so cannot send it back but it will quite happily live on where it is. That is the only reason I haven’t given it three stars

Always makes me smile. The dancing monkey comes alive in the daylight and its just fun. Bought my 3yr old grandson one and he loves it.

Great little pick me up - My dancing monkey arrived all ok and has been dancing keeping me entertained for months now. It just rocks side to side when a bit of sunlight hits it, but it makes you smile when you look at it. It's a little bit of rubbish to brighten up your day, so I recommend it.

But there is a Tahitian Dancer Queen or ElephantIf you need something to cheer you up, this should be considered.

First time ever, after years of purchasing from Amazon, item doesn't work, took base off and minute wires that connect to small solar panel broken, not worth the hassle of sending back.. beware
