MouseRug CTL-1 Asian Collection Mouse Mat - Tree of Life Pattern

I love the idea of these! Don't they look nice? A little pricey for £20~, but I figured it would be worth it. I excitedly opened my parcel today (it had been a little late getting here...) and found I had not been sent the patented MouseRug, but a cheap piece of foam with a picture glued to it.Let me describe the quality of this obvious rip-off for you. The paper is not even cut to fit the foam underneath it. It has only been glued down in the corners, allowing me to lift it in the centre. The foam has obviously been cut poorly with a pair of scissors. I think the worst part of this is that the paper design has obviously been folded a few times. So someone printed out a picture of a rug, folded it up to store it, then unfolded it and stuck it to a £2 piece of foam. At least they managed to print the right picture though!I paid £18 for a mouse mat of worse quality than the one I got free with my laptop. It has none of those nice tassels in the product photo, it is not "washable" (paper doesn't wash well!), it is not a genuine MouseRug. It did come in the original MouseRug packaging though, so can't help but feel jealous of whoever received the MouseRug it originally contained.I will definitely be getting a refund, and definitely not ordering MouseRug through Amazon. This is the most disappointing service I have ever received from this website. I have submitted an image of what I received, but I'm not sure if it will be published.

Over the past year I have bought and used myself, or given as presents to others, four or five of these. They are really attractive, without being obtrusive or distracting. They are solid and never move about; the mouse moves smoothly and the surface is comfortable to the skin. They appear to last quite well. These are so much more stylish and user-friendly than the normal cheapies. For me, they are well worth the higher cost.

But a truly delightful little carpet. It's a bit small for my living room - which was a surprise, because I've always said that my living room is the size of a pocket handkerchief! Who knew I actually had such a spacious living room.Nonetheless, this mini carpet is a delight to the eye. All I need is a mini cat to curl up on it!

I don’t actually need it as a mouse mat. I use it for decoration on my desk. It really brings the space together and looks really good.

Worth paying a little more for the quality, good size for home or office. Mouse glides with good contact. Would buy again

A little expensive for what it is... however the look is great.

2nd one I have bought, in my opinion essential for any optical mouse.1st one is 5 years old and is still like new.Bit expensive tho.

Does nae work with apples Magic mouse like! Pretty though
