This is a great tool to use with a grease gun to make sure you have a good seal and fit up against the grease zirk to ensure you don't have a bunch of grease squirt out from the sides, helps save on grease if you use the more expensive moly based greases.

The handle is stiff and does not move smoothly on mine and only a tiny amount of grease comes through. It does lock onto a grease fitting very well and has quality heft to it, but the grease delivery is so small that it won’t work for the big greasing jobs on my tractor.

Seems to have more quality materials than I had expected. The spring has good tension to keep the clamping collet in place. Durability will be tested during spring equipment maintenance.

This locking grease gun coupler does an excellent job of latching securely onto new or slightly worn grease zerks. I had no problems using it with both a pneumatic and a cordless electric grease gun and the latch held tightly up to full pressure of each (6,000 psi on the pneumatic and 5,000 psi on the electric).The only issue I encountered is that the release lever began to bend when I tried to release the coupler while it was still under pressure. I am not sure this particular style is suited for a construction or industrial application where you often encounter grease passages blocked and you have to release the coupler under pressure. There are some other "styles" of locking couplers that have dual levers or even a more heavy-duty release lever that might be better at releasing under pressure.

This is like having a third hand, it is so helpful! It fit well on the grease gun and on the grease fittings. Was a sturdy, tight fit. This is a great price point! If you have any heavy equipment, tractor, vehicles... this is a must have!!

I got this to grease the propeller shaft on my 4Runner. It works well and holds tight. However, it takes a lot more force than I was expecting to connect it to the Zerk fitting. Having to get the leverage to force the non-locking coupler at the odd angles under the truck was why I looked into a locking coupler, but this doesn't solve that problem. However, it does solve the problem of it coming off and squirting grease all over.
