The Wilderness Poets Spin Cashew milk/cream/concentrate is wonderful! I don’t own a high speed blender so this product is a game changer for me in using cashews in my plant based recipes! I LOVE this stuff! I recently spread a little on my whole grain toast and it was delish! I’ve made an aioli salad dressing and a vegan “cheeze” sauce for a plant based Mac and Cheeze. I’ve also used it for a smoothie and to make overnight oats and chia pudding. YUM!I was disappointed when Amazon was out of this product so I went to the Wilderness Poets website and ordered 2 jars. I also love that there are no added ingredients. Just healthy delicious cashews!

It tastes amazing and it's very versatile 😋 I also didn't necessarily need to pull my blender out. I found it easier to use my instant kettle (or HOT water) and milk frother to mix. If I want it cold I'll mix with small amount of hot water and dilute with cold water after its mixed well

I like to have shelf-stable options for when I run out of milk, and decided to give this a try. I do like how easily it mixes as well as the mild and nutty flavor, but find that this cream tends to separate quite easily. I love this stuff so much and love that I can make a thick cream or milk with it...it is delicious sweet of savory and even make a thicker cream to go in my coffee in the morning! Yum in every way!

I purchased this for at-home cashew milk and it's not my first experience with nut butter to milk, but this was a new brand for me.Overall fine, but a lack of flavor and creaminess. I need to use about double the recommended amount to get a sense of some creaminess in my usual matcha latte (just matcha, water, and this which I blend weekly with water and then add to beverages in lieu of dairy milk).Maybe it's because I needed to add extra to get that sense of 'milkiness' but there is a lot of separation no matter how long I blend/froth, no foam, and sediment in every drink. I love the convenience, reduction in packaging, and bit of cost savings from purchasing my usual grocery brand (Elmhurst) but I also use far less of that in each drink. I may try Spin again but it won't be my next purchase.
