Don't waste your money
I would give it a negative rating if I could. The inserts are rough, hard & nothing about them is spongy. Probably they are okay for cheap clothing which comes with readymade inserts. Not even going to try to put them next to my skin I am sure I will get chafing. Waste of money and worst part can't even return it. It is going to end up in trash!

The hem around the edge is visible under sheer/pale bandeau bras
The bra pads from Walmart were better but make one look much larger, great for getting more attention, even respect from similar sized gals, but not so great if you want invisible protection/coverage & your usual size. Truly need to find girl size bra pads. The hem on these is too visible under sheer items. It is the critical deal breaker. Off to Goodwill they go. P.S. A petite lady friend seemed uncomfortable with my larger size the other day. Birds of a feather flock together?
