This has a decent amount of Omega 3 in it and easy on the stomach, but you'll definitely smell the fish a little bit after you take this, especially if you burp after.

This is my favorite cod liver oil. I take it daily with no stomach issues. Sometimes I take 2 a day. I like that it is Icelandic. The quality is good and there is no strong odor when opening the bottle. It seems to be a good quality effective cod liver oil.

Although it says you won't have fish burps, you will. It's not terrible and you know you need the Omega-3s, so get over it.
