Amazing
Buy this if you purchase a coffee on your way into work. It will pay for its self in a month. Amazing taste, easy to use and stops you wasting money at Starbucks. Have coffee in the morning your way, straight away. 1 minute heat up, ready to go. No macanical things to go wrong. My others lasted 3 years each. 365 x 1 coffee @ £3 x 3 years = a Caribbean cruise

Good value for money dues what it says on the tin
I really love this product bought to replace one that lasted eight years. That was Also microlite and red. The only thing that i ding’s is when removing after making coffee to empty the filter, quite often the container cup that fits in the coffee holder gets stuck to the top of the coffee maker. It current stop me using it but as I’m disabled this feature is s hazard for me because the strength needed to separate it from the main body of the machine is really strong and could damage the machine and also cause me to have a fall.A minute fault that could lead to a major fault later. This never happened with my older version and the cup didn’t click into the holder in that model. Does make good coffeeand i find the Further is really good. I would like to add that if you find it doesn’t frothSo well that is an early warning sign that your milk is a day away from turning sour. When the milk is completely fresh it froths really well.

Not great long term
Had this for 3 years before it stopped working. First problem after 15months where small electric shocks when pressing to start machine. Got it repaired under warranty. Then at the 3 year mark, burning smell when making espresso and the small shocks again. This time not under warranty with repair quote of £100+It's a real shame. I had a previous one for 4 years before upgrading to this one. Person I gifted previous one too says it is still going without issue. I feel silly

A Good Value Route to great coffee!
For what this cost - Black Friday £100 - this is a good introduction to proper espresso coffee which leaves the pod type coffee standing. This replaced our last one that gave up after 8 years. Use ground coffee for the best taste with filtered water, and ideally grind your own. For best results the size of grind is critical. Experiment with different grinds, and if buying preground try different makes of espresso coffee. Even within so called espresso grinds which is finer, they differ - too large a grind and there will be no taste and little crema, and too fine the machine will strain to push the coffee through. The finish in my opinion is easier to wipe clean than the previous stainless steel we had. Team this with a set of shot glasses, and larger 'Cafe Culture' cups for cappachino (restaurant standard and available on Amazon) and you are good to go.

The best thing, I purchased in a long time.
Great coffee maker. I wanted something that did not use pods but rather gives you the option to use beans/ground coffee. This one did. I like everything about this one. Makes great coffee, milk steamer/frother works very well, not too much noice, quite quick in making coffee, easy to maintain. Can't ask for anything more. Loving it!!

Nice coffee but machine isn’t worth more than £100
I have never owned a bean to cup so I’m not expert but this makes a nice cup of coffee - probably will take you a few cups to work exactly how the machine works and get your perfect cuppa - my only gripe is when pouring hot water the light goes out without any warning but a very quiet click so you to be stood right at the machine as with all machines you want the water as hot as possible so make sure you run the water once or twice this warms your cup as well as warm/clean the handle where the ground coffee or pods go - the froth wand would be better if it stayed in a higher position but doesn’t bother me that much - overall I’d say this machine is worth no more than £100 - as I think it is priced to high but I got this on Black Friday So me personally am happy with the price I payed and is used everyday
