Faulty screen and battery without evenn2 hours of backup
Laptop externally looks good when the screen was constantly blinking theybrwplaced it under the display issue now the battery is faulty with sudden decrease in charge and no proper charge retention. Customer service says its not faulty its refurbished and enjoy.

The refurbished unit arrived in mint condition, and overall, it works like a charm. However, Iโve experienced a few minor issues, like occasional stuck starts and restarts (only 3 times in the last 2 months), but nothing major to impact its reliability. For the price and performance, itโs a great deal. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a powerful laptop for on-the-go work! 4 stars.
