The media could not be loaded. Used this 5-6 times after purchase. Overall good.

Very very pathetic service, don't go with this brand.
Service man had visited in june 2024 as i have raised the complaint of malfunctioning of machine. And some parts of machine need to be changed but at that time he didn't have but said that i will come whenever parts are available. Since june 2024 no one come to solve the problem. And another problem starts that clothes are tearing from border. And filter which collect the clothes fiber is not doing it's job.

Waste product will give zero star
Worst product not cleaning the clothes properly, leaves some black greasy dirt on the clothes after washing and no proper support from IFB regarding the issue. They say it is due to water, but everyone else washing machine is fine. Facing this issue from almost day 1, but IFB is denying it as not their fault.
