Grizzly is always great to use for CPUs that run hot
Grizzly has always been the go to if I have to go with a paste where the chip runs hot. I always go with the complete spread method to cover the entire chip. It is hard to spread so if you buy it make sure you have something to spread it if you get it without a spreader in the package. This is also great for OC.

I bought this to change the thermal paste for my gaming laptop of 4 years. Works as advertised. I managed to clean and repase both the CPU and the GPU with this kit, but keep in mind that this chips tend to be smaller than the desktop ones. Moreover, I applied copious amounts of thermal paste by accident and still managed to keep some thermal paste on the syringe for another time.
