I have 3 switches controlling the same light - can i use this as a replacement for that?

To have three switches controlling the same light you need two 2-way switches (for which this product would be ok) and one "intermediate switch". The part number for a SINGLE intermediate switch is K4875. To my knowledge 2 or 3-gang (2 or 3 switches on the same faceplate) intermediate switches are not available in this range, the closest match would be the MK Grid Plus range which is modular, you would require a faceplate, yoke and K4893 intermediate switch. Multiple switches controlling a light work as follows: 2-Way: [LIVE]-----------------[LIGHT]--------[NEUTRAL] are changeover switches and have three terminals: Common, L1 and L2 3 Way: [LIVE]-----------------[LIGHT]--------[NEUTRAL] are changeover switches and have three terminals: Common, L1 and L2 x is an intermediate switch and has two L1 terminals and two L2 terminals. Further intermediate switches can be added as required.

Are these genuine mk brand? brand is "mk logic plus" which sounds like a knock-off. some reviews suggest quality is not genuine mk

Can I use a light and fan with this switch

Typical domestic 240 Volt bathroom or kitchen extractor fans are no more than about 40 Watts, ceiling fans maybe 60 Watts. That's the same as a medium power tungsten light bulb, so this switch will easily handle the load.
