The quality of this product feels shockingly cheap, and it does have a pretty poor fit into my optical port. That being said, it’s been used for about 2+ years now, and still going strong, sound quality is bang on. Clearly it’s what’s in the inside that counts

This is a great adapter for AV Equipment that's so close to the wall that you cant get the cable into the unit without forcing the unit too far out from the wall. Does the trick

Needed this having brought a slim TV wall bracket mounting my TV for the first time. Optical cable had no space to plug in horizontally, got this and now able to plug into hifi.

there is not a lot of space between the wall and my tv so this swivel adaptor is perfect as is the lead which is of the same make. Sound great, solved problem I have ben wrestling with since xmas!!

Did what I needed

Good if your tv is flat at the back where the connection is but mine isn't so can't use it., would have been better if the connection to your tv was a bit longer.

Beautifully made and just "works".The grip "in and out" is perfectly satisfactory.If there is any optical degradation in a signal, being bent at right angles, then I could not detect it by listening to the audio.There again unless you have decent audio kit then telling the difference between lossy and lossless formats is not that easy anyway.
