Good Strings
I bought these strings for my Queen Mary harp, 29 strings. They were plenty long enough and sound great. The in between strings were a single strand I cut to length. The set comes with knot tying instructions. On the highest notes, I found a double wound knot with the added thicker string didn't slip.

Very weak in the bass
I put these strings on a Dusty Strings 26 string Allegro harp. They are OK in the middle and top range, but they are very weak in the bass. Very weak. I will be replacing them soon. I would discourage you from buying them.As a comparison, Dusty Strings brand strings, the ones that come from my harp manufacturer, have nylon wound strings in the bass, about twice as big - and twice as powerful - as these Roosebeck strings.I would have given them one star but the packaging does have a useful tutorial on tying and using the harp knot, a necessary knot to keep the strings from breaking where they come through the sound board. You can Google for that information, though, and get far better sounding strings, although they'll probably cost you twice as much. I wish I'd spent the extra first time around.

GREAT! First time to replace a string
GREAT! First time to replace a string. Finding the correct string is made very simple on the package.

Short/poor quality
I disliked that the strings are not long enough to use. I had a string break right away and was very disappointed as I’ve been playing harp over 20 years and the quality of these strings is very poor for the price. I can’t even use the lowest c string as it is 2 inches 2 short to even be strung into my harp. The color strings are precut, abs some are very tight barely able to be strung. The plain white/clear strings are to be cut per use and I used as absolutely little as possible for each to get it on my harp. I will not spend money again for these strings as it is a waste between breaking just while replacing to some not even long enough to use at all.
