Best cheap meter for electric and magnetic fields
As other reviews pointed out, it shows magnetic field actually in milligauss units not in microtesla, as it claims to do. It's sensitive enough to pick up field everywhere you would expect it to be and lets you optimize your environment easily. For example I recently purchased a used car and didn't feel good driving it (I have EHS, so I cant tolerate strong EMF fields). After playing around with this and seeing that dash emitted lots of magnetic field I took some fuses out from the fuse box and discovered that bulk of the radiation came from the dash lighting. The magnetic field in the car is still above what I have in two of my other cars but it's bearable now.Works well for measuring fields around laptops, different electric utensils, wires etc - very useful meter considering the price. I don't expect the numbers to have any scientific accuracy but it's a good gadget to assess whether electrical things in your environment are safe. Low numbers and no beeping=good enough, high numbers and beeping=bad for your health. I also bought two other cheap meters and this was the only one that was actually any good - so if you are looking for something cheap to measure electric and magnetic fields in your home/car/work choose this one. How ever this thing doesn't measure radio waves (wifi, cellphones and towers), so if you also want a reliable device to measure RF you may want to buy Acousticom 2 in addition to this one. And also, for electric fields I would buy a regular digital volt meter and measure body voltage as this is the most accurate way to assess electric field strength and it's potential biological effects. You can learn all you need to know about it from youtube.

Eye opening.
Buy this and see for urself. The EMF around ur house is mental.I had an oven that was emitting high Magnetic R.. thru the wall, where one of my dogs had been sleeping..Hairdryer high EMF, even when off and plugged in.DAB radio is very high, including the plug.Washing machine is high even when off.. I now unplug it.I keep this with me, where ever I go.It does work. Very reasonably priced..Want to get more testing equipment for WiFi, 5G. Very frightening future we have.#Stop5G

Basically the LIUMY Handheld Mini Digital LCD EMF Detector with 9v Battery
This works the same as the LIUMY Handheld Mini Digital LCD EMF Detector & gives the same readings with all the tests I've tried so far.The only difference is the LIUMY uses 2x AAA batteries & this 1x 9v battery & the cases are different colours. Both are incredible devices for the price & really all homes should have one. Within a few hours of testing & re-arranging my living room the effects were noticeably improved, including sleep patterns.Beware of extension cables, metal lamp-stands, and 'rock ornament as some of the worst propagators of large fields.!There is some controversy as to the field measure used on both these devices, some claiming they are multiplied. The devices have no problem, as the measure can be easily seen by comparison. A large music speaker 16 " gives a substantial reading, the same substantial readings can be found along many streets.. these ARE NOT erroneous readings, they are BOTH reading high/large magnetic fields... In effect, the readings in certain parts of a street (esp- near manhole covers) are as high as being right next to a large hi-fi speaker.

Great little device
Great little device. It does exactly what it claims.I don't know how accurate the readings are, but it will give you a rough idea of appliances which are giving off high EMF.If you take it out into the garden or an open field you will pick up zero readings. Then once you are back in the home it will start to give readings again. This tells me that the device is working properly and not just spitting out random figures for no good reason.Considering the price, this device is fairly decent.

Scary!!!
I just got this today and of course walked around my house to test and the results are scary! It beeps harmful on the light switches and the walls, it beeps when I point it at the floors!! It’s actually quite disturbing and disgusting how much radiation is around us even in our own homes!! Apparently it doesn’t detect 5G but from what it does detect all I can say is God help us!! Shocking!

Excellent piece of equipment for peace of mind,
Love it, opens your eyes, easy to use, flashes and bleeps to warn you you are entering an electromagnet field, if levels are dangerous, the word safe goes away and the word harmful shows,, Everyone should have one of these, very cheap for piece of mind, fantastic piece of kit

Value for money. Detects magnetic fields and radiation
This directed me instantly to my upstairs light switch where a 100watt bulb was on soon as turned it of back to safe. Very accurate for its price. Even worked on radiation close up to tv screen try for yourselves. Very happy with purchase

Works kind of, but not accurate
It will give you an idea of radiation, but I found it hit and miss on giving reading at all. Would not read any field around my wifes iphone, but mine would give a reading. he phones are identical.
