I dont have the costume at hand to measure, but it did fit a 7 year old boy. Not sure if thats helpful.

Yes, you can. There's an opening at the end of the palm where you can take your hands out.

Q: Does it leave the legs bare? ie will I need to buy leggings to go with it?

No. there is no leggings with it. I just popped a black joggers underneath.

Perfect for World Book Day

Wrong Size Sent!

I purchased this costume in age 12-14, however age 10-12 arrived which is very disappointing as it is the wrong size. The costume looks nice, but it won't fit.
