Works, cannot be powered by a USB - C power supply!
Update :First board I received was likely not DOA. I received the replacement board, and it wouldn't power up either. On a lark, I decided to try a USBA - USBC cable, and it powered on (though I'm receiving undervoltage errors because of this, even though I'm using a 2.1 amp power brick). Because this limitation is not listed anywhere, I'm not sure I'll be keeping this board. Updated my 1 star review to three, because while the board does work with the CM4, the lack of power from USBA power bricks is a big drawback...Board is DOA - first BTT item I've purchased with this issue.Took a CM4 (1GB/16GB eMMC) I've got in a Waveshare CM4-IO-BASE-A, which is working perfectly (MainsailOS installed), and transplanted it to the Pi4B board. No power / LEDs, no video output, nothing. Went through the exchange process to see if I just had bad luck and got a defective board. Will update this review once the replacement arrives and I test to see if I have the same results.

If your USB ports are not working with a CM4, read the manual
Manual clearly states how to get the usb ports working with a cm4.If you do not read the manual, and follow the instructions, they wont work.The USB ports on the cm4 are disabled by default.
