I waited several months to review this. It still looks brand new, unlike others I have had. The temperatures are dependable. The hot plate is a little slippery but since there is a slight lip around it, it is perfectly safe and I have never had a spill. I seldom use the cover but if I were in a busy work environment, it would be useful to protect the surface when not in use. I like it.

It's hard to express how beautifully made this coffee warmer is. Smooth, sleek lines and a perfectly placed chamfer surrounding the upper face make it a pleasure to look at, and the solid construction inspires confidence (not a bad impression to get for something built to generate heat!). It keeps coffee perfectly warm and the auto shutoff is reassuring for someone as forgetful as I am. I should mention that my favorite coffee mug is NOT flat-bottomed, but at the highest temperature setting the coffee stays warm.One reviewer complained that the power cord is too short. Well, keep in mind that an appliance that uses electricity to generate heat needs to take resistance into account: the longer the cord, the greater the resistance resulting in lower efficiency. In any case, the power cord is long enough for my purposes: it sits on the edge of a desk and the cord is handily long enough to reach a power strip on the floor below; it's maybe 3 feet long?I've owned several mug warmers over the years, but this one is hands down the best.

Wasn't expecting much in the way of a simple coffee mug warmer but man am I a convert with this one. Have had others in the past that were so so but this warmer has three heat settings with an intuitive, long lasting, timer & safety feature for $20...? Keeps my coffee/tea palatable for as long as I need it & I'm guessing an unintended feature actually seems to 'brew' the tea right in the cup, lol. Definitely pleased with this product.

This warmer actually works pretty well, the problem with it is that the base isn't very wide, so if you have a nonstandard sized or shaped cup, it won't make contact. The actual functions work pretty well, the settings are 130,150 and 170. I've used the 170 the most, which I wouldn't call "hot" , but it is at a pleasant drinking temperature. I'd like to see a 180 or 190 setting as there's a bit of loss depending on the cup size or base.This product would be perfect for an office where you're using a typically sized coffee/tea cup and where you'd definitely want the automatic shutoff options.

For the price point, I am currently pleased with this product. Have only used a couple mornings so far, but it has kept my coffee from getting cold.I don’t expect scorching hot coffee, but do like it from getting cold and this product has delivered so far.Very easy to use, and better than paying a ridiculous amount of money for some of the fancier ones. Has 3 temperature setting that change with the touch of a button.

PROS:- The perfect trio of temperature settings! 170 is just right for (my personal sense of) slightly too hot but still drinkable and can be used to reheat beverages. 150 is the perfect hot but drinkable setting, and 130 nails keeping the last bit of a drink hot or warm but not hot for a full cup.- Definitely can heat up drinks that have cooled off. I noted this above but it deserves another mention.- The white body and hot plate is super easy to clean. Not that I spill/drip often enough to know of course… In the pictures you can see rings on the plate, and that’s just from spills - no scratches yet.- The timer function has the perfect amount of versatility. 2-12 hours in 2 hour increments and can confirm the automatic shut-off works perfectly.- The display is easily readable from any angle.- Love that it has a lip around the plate and is raised. My desk can get crowded and it’s nice to know it won’t slide off the heating plate or things accidentally resting on it.- I’ve had absolutely no heat transfer.- Price is fantastic for what you get.NEUTRALS:- The little silicone pad/cover can double as a saucer for tea/spoons instead of using that one notepad. Again, definitely not from experience…CONS:- None.CONCLUSION:- I absolutely love this warmer and use it all day, erry day. Previously I laughed at the concept of them, but it’s definitely a game changer. No more cold coffee, always hot even when I get distracted and forget about it. Definitely giftable.

I love hot coffee and with this little yellow heater it is hot to the last sip. I got the first one as a birthday gift and then bought a second one just like it to have at my office.

I've wanted a cup warmer forever but most of them have bad reviews or at least not great. That one was small, cheap and a pretty color, all I want for my desk at boring work. Anyway, I use mason jar for my coffee or tea and that might be why it's working so great? It LITERALLY warms really well and I can seep tea in it! If you use mason jars, I highly recommend this, or any cup warmer actually. The secret seems to be good old glass.Oh also I used it to melt a candle and it worked beautifully as well.

Definitely recommend if you're looking for a quick gift, or something to up your game at home.

This coffee/tea warmer is perfect for my needs and safe to use.

I didn't expect to be so thrilled about this unbranded cup warmer. It gets toasty reasonably quick and the heating surface is surprisingly large. Large enough for an actual teapot! I mean cups sure.. but a teapot?? Insane! Operations is so easy that the manual is almost an after thought. Buttons are also responsive without any funny business. I also like the included silicone cover which allows you to cover the hot surface after use. Really excellent overall and much needed in this cold weather!
