Would this help with posture?

I would say definitely, yes. As long as you use it regularly. I find that a few minutes in the morning and evening make a big difference. It re-trains the muscles in your back to hold the arch you should have. It hurts at first though, but don't give up. I use it in the van too as I drive long distances, so it helps maintain posture when sitting. I just put it behind me on the seat and voila!

I'm 5ft 3in and I don't have any problems. At the flatest setting your body is mostly on the floor and the curved setting shortens it.
