Poor quality

I just received this product but it seems to have a short. Not good. Reached out to the seller the day I received it but no response.

I got this 3/15 and the last return date was 4/15 it is 4/28 and it stopped working. I charged it completely for my daughter and she took it with her and it wasn't charging.I met with her with my other back up charger and looked at this one. It was completely drained. I don't know if I just ended up with a defective one but it's a coincident that it stopped working after the return date passed.
