Excellent eyecare desk LED lamp if you work long hours in front of your computer
The media could not be loaded. I always think it is crazy to spend more than $200 for a desk lamp for my office. But this Beyondop smart lamp.Couple of key features I like which are normally not available in traditional light.1) It has its own self control loop to bring lots of benefits.2) For example the motion sensor and ambient light sensor can automatically turn the light On and Off and adjust the light intensity to better fit the applications.3) the most important thing is its capability to adjust the light color temperature which is very good for your eye.4) the design is nice and very easy to setup.5) all the functions are controlled by the front touch panel.Strongly recommend if you spend long time reading or in front of your computer.

Great reading lamp, many settings
I have poor vision and this lamp has helped me tremendously at my desk. It is longer and wider than any other lamp I have seen, and yet slik and slim.

Beautiful reading lamp with various settings
The media could not be loaded. I received this lamp as a Christmas gift. I’ve been using it about one month. I really like it! It has beautiful shape, adjustable height and angle. And it has 4 color modes and different lightness. It also has Human Body Sensor Switch, which is very convenient.

Bigger than Expected
I just don't really understand the price point in this lamp.Sure, it's nice and the movementand ability to place it almost anyway you'd like is nice..But I was just expecting more for a "smart lamp" it basically just has a motion sensor and can be moved any direction you want as well as has brightness adjustments and the ability to change the color temperature.. Kind of like most lights. The base is heavily weightedmaking it very sturdy and you don't have to worry about it toppling over off your desk.I had to bust out the instructions manual to figure out what all the buttons didand was a bit underwhelmed to see the button I thought would listenfor voice commands actually was just a glorified motion sensor , so when pressed the lamp will "detect" when someone's in the room and automatically turn on.

Wide Variety of Lighting Options
You can't really do much better for a home office or study lamp than this one. My Wife uses it at her desk, and she's pleased with the variety of lighting features that it has. Particularly that she can adjust the warmth of the light. So instead of just having a very cold pale light, she can switch the lighting temp to something more warm and easier on her eyes without all the glare. Plus it's aesthetically pleasing as far as lamps go, gets a few compliments from people who come over and notice it.

I am SUPER diggin' this lamp: EXTREMELY well-thought out features, design & manufacture
Wow: I'd kinda decided in advance that "OK, I need a lamp...looks nice, the shape has a good change of delivering on their promotional text in terms of casting a nicely-distributed pool of light...but ENOUGH with just larding on extraneous features that no *real* person is ever gonna *really* use: it seems like it'll be a decent lamp, but, jeez, some of this seems to just be crammed into the mix to pump up a "this is *so* high tech, cuz it has EXTRA KNOBS...that DO stuff...!" for the 'oooh..look how SHINY...!!...' crowd, and those who just look at how many *lines* there are in the "features" section & figure a ten-line feature set is a MUCH better deal than a dang SIX-line one, lol"So, how surprised (shocked!) was *I* when it turned out that what they have designed here has, in an EXTREMELY intelligent approach, just **revolutionized** my whole idea of 'lamp'...!People depend on sight orders of magnitude than they do on their other senses...but how MUCH you can depend on it depends on how much *light* is at that moment falling where you need it.And while lamps are, no question, better, when it's dark (or even dim) than not seeing at all...But--being stationary, & manually switched, MOST of the time, they don't happen to just be luckily lighting up exactly where you need to see, exactly bright enough. You have to find/decide which lamp is sitting closest/best aimed to provide the most aid, & if it's not on--I mean, you weren't *planning* to lose something near it, so chances are good it's not--you have to, without being able to see your way brightly illuminated, get to it, & sometimes fumble in the dark for where the d*** switch is...& just hope that the shadows cast by whatever's in the light's path will luckily fall where you DON'T need to look.Well: this lamp doesn't solve *all* those problems--but a half dozen might.Because, that "extraneous, useless gimmick" actually turn the light source into something that accommodates **you**.My place is pretty dark, pretty full of shelves & equipment & racks & stuff (so, lotsa shadows even with a good many lamps) & I'm pretty absent-minded, & drop/misplace/forget items all the dang time...to the point where I keep a powerful, bright, tiny flashlight on a thong around my neck. After setting this lamp up, & turning on some of the options, but not exactly sure what I'd told it to do--& when I waved my hand in front of the lamp with, I thought, the motion-detection on, it didn't seem to 'see' me at all, didn't turn on...& I just figured "well, an unnecessary feature poorly implemented is no great loss, right?"But, on the other hand, my hope that its curvature & spread would result in better-than-average light-spread totally paid off: that out-curved design really DOES cast an inordinately broad & even illumination, especially for its size: honestly, put my other lightng fixtures to shame. After awhile had something to do in a different corner of the house (just left it in its un-lit 'non-responsive-sleeping-mode after waving at it did nothng), & didn't think any more about it.But I got the nicest mild shock when, an hour later, I was again in the vicinity of the lamp and, as usual, looking around for where I'd put something & irritated by how many dim nooks were probable locations for it... when, just as I approached the area where I'd set it up--it just bloomed into life at exactly the most accommodating possible moment. It was pretty much like having the kind of attentive servant old-timey aristocrats filled their homes with, always in the right place at the right time with the right offset to any potential annoyance of the Master. It might sound silly...but it's the way they set the range, the sensitivity, & even the smooth way it comes fully alight: it's just a dang *luxury*--I mean, the most common 'automated lighting' scheme gadget-obsessed millionaires install, where when you walk from one room of your mansion to another, the whole room you're walking into fully lights up, & the room you just left goes totally dark), just seems crude, primitive, & comical by comparison.People find it creepy to be 'watched'--when it's another human. But I now find it kinda endearing that this lamp is just waiting & watching for a chance to do its job, which is to, photon-wise, pamper me & save me from having to do any of that old brute labor like actually lifting my hand to a switch lol. This is pretty long and ranting rave: but got-DANG it's not often something just drops in your lap that you didn't realize you were being shortchanged living without it lol.Seriously: you don't think about the annoyance of the minor manual speed-bump you go thru walking over & finding a switch & then looking to see if the light is illuminating what you want, & don't really think about the fact that, although what you *want* is to see stuff in your vicinity, you have to navigate through the UN-illuminated area around the lamp to GET it lit: it would seem really silly to complain about something so basic & inevitable--but dang, when instead, as you approach an area that needs to be lit better for what you're doing, it IS illuminated either just-as or just-before you cast your eyes into it.I'm probably doing a terrible, overdone job of making a pretty basic point...but then, I'm in love (lol).(And, hey: it doesn't even come annoyingly to life when my cat walks past it: whoever calibrated its sensitibity & range has excellent taste.)To return to the more mundane 'pros'--unlike SO many shipped-from-China products, so arrive in the most compact form po$$ible, & consequently require a ton of (sometimes very confusing) assembly pieces-&-steps...in this case, you just thread ONE screw through the base into a nicely-machined threaded receiver in the base of the already-assembled arm-&-head, you're done.I mention "nicely machined" because a *so* many items requiring any assembly at all *so* often arrive with *one* (always just one, lol) screw/hole pair so sloppily machined that they either jam up midway, slip apart, or crack the material cuz the hole-driller drifted too close to an edge. Also deserving of kudos, another highly intelligent decision in design, materials & manufacture: that base is not just 'solid enough'--it's SO reassuringly heavy, & that weight so well-distributed, great low-center-of-gravity, that it plants the thing like it has roots--it's not gonna tip unless you just don't believe in gravity & extend the armature to such a silly unstable angle that it would flip over a manhole coverlol. So, in case it isn't coming across: I recommend the item. ;)
