Installed about a year ago.
These are very thin so they will show and patterns over time if installed over older flooring. For us this was a good temporary solution. That being said a year later they still look new, have stayed in place.

Not worth it
Very low quality. Sadly I missed my return window so now they just get thrown out. The tiles are nothing like the picture shown- they are so thin, I'm not sure how they could stand them so straight for that picture. Like paper thin. They are VERY high gloss shiny and that was not in the description. And they don't stick without using extra glue. Save your money, these are not good. Maybe I can repurpose them and use them in my silhouette machine to make vinyl lettering or something 🤔* UPDATE * I just tried to use them for a 24"x24" table top- I mean I'm stuck with them so why not try to use them, right? THEY ARE NOT 12"x12" as advertised!!! WTH. 🤦🏼‍♀️ They measure 11 3/4" x 11 3/4". FALSE ADVERTISING

Not Much Adhesion, and Sizing is Inconsistent
We live in a rental house, who's kitchen floor was in dire need of updating. For what it's worth, our landlord compared pricing per tile between these and those he usually buys at brick and mortar home improvement stores---he's very old school,---doesn't shop online----and found the pricing was reasonable. My husband, who is a competent carpenter, installed it. He found time and again that the tiles were inconsistent in size...not by much, but enough to make more work, and if you're really picky about contrasting color patterns 'matching up' exactly, you'll likely waste a few tiles in the process. He was initially concerned about the very faint level of adhesion. It was initially a concern, as the tiles remained a little TOO easy to move around after installing. But we allowed it to cure for a ;few days, and am happy to say that all is well now. They look great, and clean up easily. Overall we're very pleased, especially as this is a rental home.

Nice Tile depending on your needs…
These tiles are sturdy and can withstand heavy/daily use. The price cannot be beat and they are relatively easy to cut whether with a box cutter or with scissors. They are relatively thin, but do a nice job of covering old flooring as long as there’s not too much texture on the previous floors. The adhesive does not feel like it would last too long, so when installing have permanent glue available to dab under the corners. The reason for the three stars is that the package of tiles that I received had damages on several corners that had broken off and many of the tiles had white spots as seen circled in one of my pictures. This made it very difficult to place the tiles to where these damages could not be seen. The actual pattern on the tiles is also very pixelated if you’re looking at it up close. When placed on the floor, however, and standing up, you really can’t see it. All in all and because of the price point, I would purchase again. The manufacturer should however do better quality control to ensure that no white spots are seen on dark tiles and package the tiles more securely to avoid broken corners.

Easy to install and looks great
I wasn’t expecting the tiles to be great since the price was low, but I needed something cheap to replace the carpet that was in the bathroom. The feel, thickness, and color of the tiles were all much better than I could have hoped. After initial prep work, it probably took me 2hrs to do my whole bathroom(most of that time was trimming for around the toilet). The tiles cut easily and adhered to the subfloor without issue. The price for the quality is incredible. My bathroom floor looks great now!
