lights are nice but took me 2hours to uncoil the wire to the point i could use them i suggest u find another way of coiling them like using a plastic tie round the coil?

Absolutely gorgeous and so simple to use. I've got this along the top of a wall unit so my elderly mother can enjoy them and you wouldn't know anything was there during the day as the wire is so fine it's virtually invisible. The lights are controlled by a remote and work across a larger than average room. There are several different sequences you can have the lights display and you can control how bright or dim you have them.These would look good in a vase or jar as a light source running on batteries with no leads running to sockets to trip over.I just couldn't get over how good they were for the money. I've spent far more on lights which haven't looked nearly as good or been as easy to control.

Purchase these lights a few years ago and I have been very pleased with them so bought another set this week. They look fragile but if you handle them carefully they will serve you well (3yrs with 1st set) and still working.The small remote works very well allowing you to change the light sequences easily and has on/off buttons. Keep the box they come in to store away when finished with them.

Good lights, remote is annoying if there are other lights in range because then they both do the same thing. Also, the overall glow is very blue so isn't good for a bedroom but apart from that they are really good because you can bend them around different objects.

Beautiful, discreet wiring yet slightly fragile so handle with care.Fit with quality batteries they work for a long period of time.Great remote control distance wise and pretty straightforward.No instruction included however, so to find out how the 'timer' button works I'd have to employ the trial and error method.Great product so far, although the addition of remote control makes them three times more expensive than the non remote control version.Puppy rules apply i.e. I hope they last more than just this X-mas.

This is a really nice device. Remote means you can position it without having to consider the awkwardness of a manual switch. The colours and brightness are super. The very thin wire makes it more attractive easier to arrange and more flexible to position. I haven't yet worked out how to use the timer facility and there are no instructions in the box. Unsurprisingly, with 100 led's, the ikea batteries I used are showing some reduced power after approx 24 hrs use over 3 days.

Loved the effect of the lights when they worked - a bit hit and miss! And the timer didn't work at all - which is why I bought these lights. I have requested a refund as they do not do what they say they do.
