Good quantity for price however the prongs for the lids aren’t strong enough to hold the lids up, the stern holders are so convenient since it has a sliding lid where you can turn the fire off easily.

One of my pans was missing a handle to the lid. In order to get a replacement I would have to send the entire shipment back but I have no time to send it back to return due to using it for a catering event.

These servers are great for the price. They stack nicely and serve great. Clean up was a breeze with steel wool. They stack back up nice to store away. Now I have a great serving set up for family get togethers when I smoke a brisket or pork loin or what not. Ribs even! Don’t hesitate. Use the pry bar that comes with the kit to separate it all. Keep that with it all for later. Normal heaters you get from anywhere for perfectly. About one inch of water in the steamer tray was perfect. After they were hot with two heating I closed one off and kept it hot with just one warmer on each tray. Great all the way around.
