EC meter
Very easy to use but you may have to read the set up instructions a couple of times. I can not give a 100% guarantee for the accuracy of the meter but I have compared the results against two other testers and they were consistent. It comes in a small carry case and also includes a couple of small containers of calibration solution and a lanyard.

Everyone raves about Bluelab
But flashing lights are never as accurate a measurement tool as numbers. This thing is both precise and easy to read.

Does the job well
I just wish I'd noted how similar it looked to the PH meter which was the higher priority purchase!

Handy.
This is an ideal tester for using in wet as it is waterproof and has no moving parts . For its stated purpose it seems ideal. I have not had mine very long but what tests I have carried out in both saline and tap water are as accurate as my much larger conductance tester . This will be useful to carry in my pocket , although it does come with a nicely fitted case. As the item comes with fitted batteries you are able to get straight to work . Very nice item and recommended.

Complete kit for measuring conductivity, easy to use, but technical knowledge is required
This is a technical conductivity measuring kit, provided complete with two bottles of solution for one-point and two-point calibration. It comes pre-calibrated from the factory, so you can start using it straight away.In use it is extremely simple. You put it into the liquid, it gives a reading. Calibration, when you need to do it, is fast and simple, and described on a plastified cheat-sheet inside the box.Interpreting the data is less simple. If you have a set of specifications for conductivity, you are fine. If you want to calculate pH, then you need quite a degree of technical knowledge. If you just want to know pH, buy some Universal Indicator paper instead.

Struggled To Get It To Work Properly
I got this to help measure water content as per solution of of aquarium chemicals, I wanted to make sure I wasn't using too much anti-chlorine as well as have a good system to check the current state of the water in the tank. The kit comes with a neat carry case with 2 bottles of solution, 1 pint and 2 pint. Also included is badly written and often confusing instructions. The instructions seem to assume extensive knowledge is already attained before use.Not quite the case here I had only use the chemical PH testers that a far less accurate. After weeks of perseverance, I managed to get the device to make sense, but I soon stopped using it and went back to my previous testing method.I think for professionals this will be a super tool. Sadly I could use it as well as I had hoped.
