Cheap. Very sharp
Goes together very easy. Works as it should. Chain is very sharp. I have to go slow so the chain dose not bind up.

Works quite nicely and less costly than others advertised...
While the cost factor was a reprieve against others advertised, the lack of any directions whatsoever could leave one's mind boggling. Fortunately, I had worked with chainsaws, so I could at least fly by the seat of my pants on getting the extended chainsaw put together. However,during my assembly I, inadvertently, put the chain on backwards. After a few frustrating minutes,I realized my error and remedied the next day. The unit does not contain any bar & chain oil, so either buy it in advance or after delivery. This tool will work awesomely, when correctly assembled, on logs up to 5" in diameter. The super-extended bar can be unwieldy, so use caution! The regular extended bar is pretty solid and is easier to use. At worst, I could have nearly $350 for the work I needed done without this chainsaw. For the cost of this saw and the added oil cost I did save $250!

complete waste of Money
I sure should have opened this the day it arrived. Waited for the weather to cool before I did all my pruning. months after my purchase I tried to put it together and was missing one of the internal drive shafts to the saw head. No instructions or parts list at all. Just the components in a box. Managed to use a drive shaft out of another like tool that fit nicely. doing some light trimming and within an hour the chain was broken and the bar mounting, tension bolt was stripped.Please don't waste your money on such a useless tool.

Compatible with Craftsman gas powered trimmer.
No instructions were included in the package, but it was easy to assemble the bar and chain mechanism with instructions found on the internet.Pole saw worked very well and I’m happy with the quality and results of the equipment.

Lower end plastics but surprisingly works great!
I figured I’d take a chance at this saw for the price compared to name brands and I am glad I did. I do not do anything commercial with it by any means but, cleaning up around the house and trimming up for deer stands this was absolutely a great purchase. Compatible with my Husqvarna 128LD. The plastics are a little cheaper but as for the bar and chain they seem to be good quality.

Used this on a Kobalt electric universal shaft
I bought a Kobalt electric string trimmer with the universal shaft so I could buy a tree branch trimmer and maybe even a brush cutter attachment later. The Kobalt branch trimmer is pretty expensive so I decided to gamble with this, it seems to work really well, I used it on a few Oak tree branches that were over hanging my house. The only negative that someone else might have is that it didn't come with chain bar oil, I already had some for my chain saw so no big deal for me.

Broke second time I used it
Broke second time I used it. Put it together and cut 2 branches. Seemed okay. Used it today and after 5-6 branches the retainer button broke. Now it rotates between extension and saw attachment.. Not sure if replacement part available.

No instructions and very late response
Product is OK but no assembly instructions. I tried to assemble by watching the instructions from other similar products in the market still was worried on direction of chain. Luckily I had chain saw to fix this issue. Customer service response came almost 8 days after my request and directed to video included with similar product without extension rod. Video does show how to assemble still no instructions to orient chain in right direction. Link to video on packing itself could have helped tremendeously.

What is the warranty on this item.the shaft keeps dislodging?

Reasonable quality to price ratio but ZERO customer support.
The chainsaw head seems to be of good quality but the shaft and particularly the extension are less so. In my case the detent button on the extension failed to pop up after being depressed. The rivet that holds it was improperly installed and was loose. The seller's promise to replace it never materialized. The lack of any documentation is vexing. The head has a grease fitting; great! But what is the type of grease to use, when to regrease it... ? I chose this one over the WORX model which only has a 10" bar and is slightly more expensive, BUT it has a 3-year warranty. Stupid me!

Received damaged
Was packed at factory damaged…there was no sign of damages to shipping carton when received…poor quality control from factory
