BROKE our of box - NO customer service
Top has a leak, out of the box. Inflated 4x in 2 days. Contacted them. They asked for pic. Sent Pic. No reply. I emailed again. No Response. So, it would be a working hot tub IF they just sent a working replacement top. But, the customer service is so bad and you get a bad one, they don't care.

FC code after 6 days
Tub was waiting great and it still heats but after “168 hours” the FC code displayed. I googled it and it says the filter needs to be replaced…already???
