Perfect ,I have been trying to find some brushes for my watercolour and ink projects for a very long time . So thought I would try these . I have used them a couple of times ,not on a serious painting ,but just practiced to see what they could do . Lovely brushes for lose work and perfect for fine lines . Thank you

The brushes are ok, but the bamboo matt for packing smells really bad

I don’t usually bother to write reviews but I felt I needed to mention how satisfied and pleased I was receiving this set of brushes, next day, well wrapped in a useful bamboo brush holder. The reason I am writing is that doing quite a lot of art work I first bought some Chinese brushes in a reputable and expensive art shop. Then two days ago I ordered these brushes on line. They are far superior to the shop bought. Especially the wolf hair dark brush: so smooth, the ink just soaks in (so long lines are possible) and it glides over the paper. It washes well and regains its shape.(I do use some perfume free soap to facilitate maintenance). Also the wolf brush handle has helpful finger guideline on its stem so I can use the brush vertically and achieve greater dexterity and results. The brush tip protective covers are sensibly generous in size and flexible so less damage is done when fitting them. Finally I have now 10 brushes to play with for the price of the three I bought in the art shop … can’t find anything to quibble about this purchase.

Good for a challenge

Not used yet, it’s a gift for g’daughter Birthday. The brushes look good and comes in this bamboo type sheet, rolled up. Very arty for an artist and I think the brushes are specialist type for the creative artist.
