Pinter not connecting to internet
This is a very disappointing buy. I have tried so much troubleshooting with the company since I received this card printer in April. It is not almost two months and still needs to be connected. I am inquiring to return this printer as it is of no use to me right now and to get back my money. If I could give it no stars I would of. Very disappointing. Been trying to get to connected from April and still nothing. Not even the team were able to solve this issue.Dennis Lake

Highly Recommend!
This system is exactly what we were looking for. Easy to use and customer service was fantastic. All they do is remote in and you are set up that easy. The Badgepass App that connects to the printer is a game changer as well. We can print an ID from our phone in seconds. Highly recommend!

Best Badge Machine!!
They has a great customer services system in place, they were helpful every step of the way. The item prints flawlessly and bold. Our company is thinking of upgrading to the two- sided print machine.

Wonderful Service and Product
I was quite skeptical purchasing this printer at first (due to barely any reviews and an affordable price compared to other ID printers), but it turned out to be completely worth it. So far I have printed about 300 badges for the company I work for. The customer service at BadgePass is unlike anything I've experienced; EXCEPTIONAL! I'm blown away by how efficient and responsive Chalonde was in helping me set up my badge printer. If I ever have a question I am able to reach out to her or anyone on the BadgePass team to help me. I highly recommend this ID printer and BadgePass as a company. **FYI You must have a PC and ethernet connection to work the printer. :)
