Flat head are not 100% circular, some of them have defects like semi oval shape and also have a color variance. Some of the are darker than others. The work and do the work but I was expecting more quality.

I know it was not designed to be used to hold shutters, but I hoped the black oxide coating would stand outdoor use. Unfortunately I see some rust after less than a year.
