Very useful tool good quality it saves a lot of bending

Bought this to reach the back of my flower beds as I am no longer able to climb amongst shrubs and bend down to sort out weeds etc. I am really pleased with it its so versatile I am now able to dig the weeds out and use the trowel to pick them up and bring them within reach so I can dispose of them. It is also useful for planting small plants and bulbs, I dig the hole first then position the plant or bulb on the trowel and lower them into the hole. Great item well made and solid.

It bends very easy just below wood handle!

Excellent tool and very pleased with it. Sturdy and lightweight. The only issue I had, if you can call it that was - The packaging! A massive box the size of a coffin with this one item inside.

Needed the use of a hand trowel but without the bending and this is a great buy and I highly recommend

I'd originally bought this long handled trowel to help with planting bulbs last autumn, however, life got in the way. This afternoon (feb24) I finally got my backside in gear and decided to plant the bulbs before they disintegrated, in the hopes they might get established for next year. After planting less than 20 bulbs in relatively soft soil the narrow neck of the trowel started to bend. After another 4 bulbs it completely snapped through.Now, this may not be the intended use for the trowel but it was the best option I could find for my back and to avoid being on my knees in any hidden cat poo all the local cats like my poor patch of garden for.On one hand I'm disappointed, on the other I'm not surprised. Over the years I've had a selection of both expensive and cheaper garden tools and they pretty much always give up the ghost despite not being misused. Another brand to add to the avoid pile 😞
