Q: Can this lock stop a tow truck from impounding fifth wheel?

This lock will stop anyone from stealing your 5th wheel. I don’t know what capabilities a tow truck has, but this will stop anyone with a regular 5th wheel hitch in a truck.

Q: With this lock work on semi trailers- king pins?

Depends. If your trailer has a 2" king pin, then yes. If it's a 3.5" king pin, then no. You'll have to look and measure to be sure.

Q: Is it.easy to.cut off?

No idea. Haven't tried. May be easier to drill the lock. I have an idea: Buy one and try it. Get back to us.

Q: Will this fit with lube plate installed?

A properly installed lube plate should not interfere with use of the King Pin Lock. It is designed to fit with or without a lube plate installed
