+ve's1) Good quality bushy brush that makes a very good lather and feels comfortable on the skin during application.2) Very handy bowl. I squirt a little shaving gel into the bowl, whisk it up with the wet brush and get a very decent, thick lather that covers all of my face.3) The stand can be easily attached to the tiling above the sink using double sided nano tape or similar, it looks good.-ve's1) The slot for the razor is not really fit for purpose. I have a small separate hook unit for the razor attached close to the shaving frame base so its all good.2) The finish on the shaving frame base could be better, but it still looks fine.Overall, I'm really pleased with the purchase

The brush is the highlight of the set. It's only cheap synthetic badger bristle but it's about 90% as effective as the Simpson best badger that I've since upgraded to. I'll happily use this one for travelling.The stand is OK as a brush stand, but razors keep sliding out and falling, so I've stopped using it for that.I find the bowl slightly too small to be useful. I much prefer the wooden bowl that my Taylor Of Old Bond Street soap came in.

Thought this looked too god to be true...all very nice, but the bowl is more of a thimble! Very small. I am used to a bowl the size of a bar of shaving soap......

This is my first brush and bowl. I find the brush soft and lathers well on the face when using a stick soap. Also find that I can whip up a decent lather in the bowl. Overall a decent product and I am happy with my purchase.

There are 3 components to this set.1. The stand - plastic, lightweight and perfectly functional.2. The bowl - holds my Edwin Jagger soap refill perfectly. Nice to use, perfect to hold and fits on the stand nicely.3. Brush - super soft and makes an astonishing amount of thick rich lather in seconds. Applies to the face like silk.I use this stand to also hold my Edwin Jagger DE89.Worth the small outlay in my opinion.

Looking at other reviews if you peel off the plastic protector it will look much better lol 😆its a decent set u can't go wrong with a bowl and a brush shaver slots in nicely great value for money

Stand is of cheaper plastic material but does the job. I’ve had this about 8 months and still as soft as when I first bought it.Brush is great and gives a nice spread and easily worked up a good lather even with cheaper soaps. I do shave head as well as face, ease and comfort is great.Rated 4 stars as the stand could be prettier but for my uses I’m happy.
