Faulty unit & Difficulty getting refund
Sadly the unit arrived dead with no power and it’s been difficult getting a refund from seller. It’s taken several Whattsapp exchanges and eBay calls to reach them. No contact number or email address so only gave Whattsapp number to someone in China once Amazon stepped in. Item returned & delivered after a few more emails from myself and Amazon seller refunded now another battle to get my postage refund. Please note item is coming from China and bi contact details should you have any issues or receive a dead unit like myself.

Value for money
So far used for a couple of days now,😊This is so portable, 😊light weight, 😊easy to use for both oxygen and nebuliser, the bag covers the 😞Chinese writing, 😡the power plug badly placed stopping storage of battery.Needed to fly, ok the airline can accommodate oxygen bottles but can't fill them at destination, this compressor ticks all the boxes

Oxygen machine
Battery will not charge only had 6 months. Contacted seller about this but no response at all

Very handy but plug burnt out
Its a fantastic machine but is very temperamental, worked fabulously for 2-3 days before the plug that charges the lithium battery burnt out and since then has been very difficult to get a replacement. I worry that maybe the uk plug sockets are just a bit too powerful for the machine.

Does not explain the unit.
The unit arrived well packed, on opening the part were all complete, BUT the unit DID NOT fit into the carrier and the explanation for use was inadequate. Still trying to get it sorted 1.5 hrs after receiving it. Would not recommend.

Rubbish.
Could not find a plug to charge battery and when I dit the battery exploded on me should not be selling these to the UK voltage is all different to are,s and all instructions are in Chinese.

This is not medical grade
The oxygen in the air is around 21%. Description says it concentrates up to 30%. Below 90% does not count as medical grade. You can light up fire by blowing into it, which is mostly co2. Be caffeinated before purchasing.
