Short detection distance
These work but the detection distance is very short, maybe around 2 feet. So when you hear beeping you are already very close. Good for parallel parking but not as effective when backing out of a driveway or parking lot.

just okay. but not the best
The angle of view is very narrow. when backing up, objects that appear on your right are on your left. A car passing you on the left will, in the monitor, look to be on the right. With the image reversed backing up for any distance is an adventure. But you can see what is directly behind you, which is why I bought it

Good, But Does *Not* Have OEM Range
I installed these sensors on my car 10 months ago and they still work.Pros: Easy to install if you are handy, but time consuming. Works as it should, but the detection distance is very, very short - about 1 meter, which makes it good only for parking and not pedestrian or moving vehicle detection like OEM sensors. I got extremely lucky and the champagne gold paint *exactly* matches my color keyed bumper so they look like they came from the factory.Cons: Very, very short detection distance, about 1 meter max. Extremely annoying "Beep" anytime you pass through reverse, which is anytime you shift out of Park (§ read solution below). Distance display can not be flipped upside down for overhead mounting but you still have distance scale and audible warning. Cables were *just* long enough for my mid-size car even after I added an extension wire from my reverse light. If you have a larger car or SUV, make sure the cables are long enough before you rip your car apart. No ability to control volume of beeper which is rather loud., (better too loud than too soft). May need expensive professional instillation if you are not handy around cars.§ The "Beep" when passing through reverse every time was driving me crazy so I added a 12V timer delay that I bought on Amazon and set it to one second. Now when shifting from park to drive or vice versa, there is no more beep, but when shifting into reverse, there is a one second delay (virtually unnoticeable), before the sensor beeps.

Poor instructions.
Instructions were very minimal and written extremely small. Returning product.

My local shop wanted $800 to add backup sensors... this was a way better deal!
During my last oil change, I asked the service guy how much it'd be to add backup sensors to my 2018 CRV. They wanted $500 for the parts and $300 for the labor. When I saw this system for so cheap, I thought it was a no brainer... but I totally overlooked the fact that I'd have to install it myself. When I was much younger, I was more mechanically inclined and would do all sorts of repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on my car. That hasn't been the case recently... this was the first time I actually opened the hood on my car since I bought it! So, even though there are lots of reviews saying installation was a breeze... I'm gonna disagree. It wasn't incredibly difficult... the hardest part was figuring out what to do and how to do it. The instruction booklet that came with the system was very vague and seemed to be for a related, but different, product. For example, it didn't mention the front sensors at all (I bought the 8-pack). Luckily, there were a ton of great resources I found online. Youtube was great for figuring out how to take my car apart and an online CRV owner's forum helped as well. After finally getting the whole system installed (over the course of two separate days), it works great! I'd definitely recommend this... but if you aren't very patient about figuring things out, maybe you want to pay someone else to install it. 5 stars - but I subtracted 1 star because the instructions are pretty bad.

For TRUCKS there ARE Extension Cables you can purchase!
Ekylin does make extension cables for the sensors for about $9 apiece. So you CAN put your brain-box inside the cab instead of trying to find a way to waterproof the brain-box and mount it outside under the bed somehow. With the brain-box safely inside the cab, you then also now will have enough cable to mount the display/beeper box up front, like maybe near your speedometer. That may be a better option than trying to mount the display/beeper box on the rear headliner which does not seem at all easy to me in my GMC truck anyway.I ordered the extension cords and am waiting for them to arrive so I can install it all. I will let you know how it all goes when it is all installed. Oddly, I DID NOT see anybody in the reviews mention the available extension cables. Yes, the extension cables, for four, are about double the cost of the unit, but still for less than $60 for the unit and extensions, you have it done right. Or so it would seem.

Noise created by buzzer
For information only. The buzzer created electronic noise which caused significant interference in the back up camera. I added a 1000 micro fared, 25 volt can capacitor across the plug in 12 volt power line and it eliminated the interference.
