WMF Profi Plus Flexi Whisk with Silicone Balls, 21cm

I have the longer version of this whisk and the review here is the same. Although it looks odd, the whisk performs well. The silicone balls mean you can safely use it in delicate or non-stick pans without scratching the surface. It's a really good length and the unique shape has a clear advantage over standard whisks when cleaning it, nothing can get stuck between the metal 'wires' as usually happens at the end of balloon whisks (even when put in dishwasher).The only, very minor, downside is that because the balls are all on separate prongs it can be easy to accidentally flick whatever you are mixing off them, when whisking vigorously or removing from the mix.Pros- Does its job well- Can be used in non-stick pans- Much easier to clean than normal balloon whisksCons- Can occasionally 'splatter' mix if not careful when removing and catching balls

This truly is a great little whisk. It gets into places where a balloon whisk might not. I use it mostly for whisking yeast into water or yeast and flour into water for bread making. When done I just run it under the tap and it's clean, although it is dishwasher safe as well. As has been mentioned in other reviews, there are no joints as in a balloon whisk to trap material which then makes it hard to clean. The silicone balls ensure that the whisk does not scratch the bowl of my Kenwood Chef. For those who find it somewhat short, just do what I did and buy the 32cm version too for bigger jobs.

I really like the quality of WMF Profi Plus. So much so that I decided to start building a set of the most commonly used items. I did a price check against a few online providers and found that the cost via Amazon was considerably more expensive, particularly if purchasing more that one item.I am a huge fan of Amazon but they have got the pricing of WMF Profi very wrong.

I bought this size and the larger one. I'm very pleased with the quality but did wonder with having the silicone balls on the end of the metal rods if they could at some time slip off into food. I am pleased to write that the ends of the rods are hooked and so the balls could not easily just fall off. That info should really be added to the sales pitch. I did find the longer one easier to use but I suppose that is just my preference.Edit. Had this for nearly a month now and still think it's wonderful.I prefer the longer version but that is my preference, they both work very well.

The woman who designed this deserves a medal, it is effective, disperses lumps in a sauce with no problems, very easy to clean after use, and doesn’t scratch my non-stick pans.

Very useful and robust. No fiddly bits to clean. Cleans easily (hand wash or dishwasher). Doesn’t get bent out of shape either. It’s a whisk not a whipping tool. Great for make lump free bechamel sauce.

Excellent whisk, the best ever. I bought this for my son and daughter in law, they go through whisks like theres no tomorrow as they keep them in a drawer and they get squashed and broken. There is no way this one will get broken, I have had one for a few years and wouldn't be without it.

Very good but a bit smaller than expected, should have paid more attention as it is quite small. Other than that it's solid and we'll made.

Necesitaba una varillas nuevas y me llamó la atención el sistema. Después leí los comentarios respecto a la misma varilla pero de 27cm. Desde que la tengo casi he dejado de lado la varilla tradicional. Esta llega a cualquier rincón de la cazuela y no deja ni un grumo. Genial para cremas y purés

Super Produkt. Ist seinen Preis allemal wert.Deutlich bessere Nutzung als mit Schneebesen. Klumpen lösen sich besser auf und man kommt in die Ecken jedes Topfes. Auch die Reinigung ist einfacher, da man leichter an die einzelnen Stangen kommt.Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Pour les sauces ou préparations délicates et les casseroles anti-adhésives, je le recommande vivement. Beaucoup plus pratique pour ce type d'utilisation qu'un fouet classique.

Ich liebe ihn! Die „normalen“ Schneebesen sind meiner Meinung nach schwer zu reinigen, da man nicht immer leicht ins Innere kommt. Bei dem WMF Rührblitz ist das kein Problem! Zudem ist er noch platzsparend. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man die Saucen von den Topf- bzw. Pfannenwänden nicht so leicht wegbekommt wie mit einem üblichen Schneebesen. Ich würde ihn aber definitiv wieder kaufen

Si las volviera a comprar, compraría unas de mayor tamaño. Diseño bonito y buena calidad. Puede lavarse en el lavavajillas.
